Great News! Our New Muskego Neighborhood Is Now Ready For Sale!

It’s a glorious day! After several delays, we have now released our new community in Muskego, The Glen at Pellmann Farm, to be sold and we’re rolling! The streets will be put in within a week or 10 days, weather dependent, but we are so excited because we’re finally there. We can finally begin selling homes to people who have been so patient (and thank you, AGAIN!) for a long time to be able to purchase their new condominium home at The Glen at Pellmann Farm.

This beautiful new neighborhood is located on Woods Road which runs east-west in Muskego, between Durham Road and Racine Avenue (Highway Y). It is right near Kurtze Lane and most people kind of know where Woods Road is but it’s almost directly between Durham Road and Racine Avenue on the south side of Woods Road right near Bass Bay.

The Glen at Pellmann Farm features 34 wonderful condominium homes and many people have expressed their interest in living there. So much, in fact, that we developed a waiting list. But the thing about waiting lists is that someone who may have been interested a year ago may have already decided to live someplace else so we encourage people give us a call at (262) 333-1243 or, better yet, to please stop by The Glen of Greenfield at 116th and Howard Avenue, where we have models that are exactly what we are building in Muskego. This way people can really get to “kick the tires” and see what the home will look like from the inside and the outside.

The price range on these new homes will start in the high $380,000s and up. The neighborhood will feature duplexes and double duplexes, but I would say the price range extends from the high $380,000s to the mid-$400,000s with very nice finishes. Of course, everyone will have a chance to customize or personalize their new home.

Again, the model we built at The Glen of Greenfield is exactly what we will be building in Muskego but people will have an opportunity to personalize their home with specific kinds of flooring, cabinetry, countertops, carpeting, sun tunnels and a finished lower level. So we can personalize it to make it their new home.

Even though all of us experience a bit of frustration through the delays in opening things up in Muskego, now we have elation because we can finally deliver homes to some really nice people who have been so patiently waiting. We will start delivering homes in 2019, and we hope to have the model finished and ready in the spring.

The first thing we are going to build is the new clubhouse followed by a double duplex. So, people can walk through the homes but they’ll also have a chance to come into the clubhouse and that will act as our sales center. We hope the clubhouse will be open by March or April of next year. It will have an exercise room, a beautiful pool, a big party room and the offices will turn into a Home Owner’s Association meeting room. It’s really going to be a beautiful clubhouse and will be very friendly to those who are living there. Truly, the clubhouse is an extension of their new home, which works very well.

We’d like people to know that we are doing really well up in Cedarburg at The Glen at Cedar Creek. We have now released Phases II and III for sale and there are some spectacular – and I mean spectacular – lots right along Cedar Creek that are now available. There have been people waiting there, too, but they still have a chance to get one of the really great lots all located in a beautiful natural area.

Finally, as of this writing, we still have one home available in downtown Sussex at The Villas at Maplewood Terrace. The downtown Sussex area is just gorgeous and has really been beautified and greater things are coming.  This home remaining is a stand-alone condominium, which is hard to find in this area.
