Condo project proposed for Muskego
A firm that has developed condominium projects in several Milwaukee-area communities is proposing a similar project for Muskego.
Pewaukee-based Cornerstone Development of SE WI LLC wants to develop the 34-unit project on 11.5 acres on Woods Road, just south of the Parkland Drive intersection. The property also fronts along Kurtze Lane.
Known as The Glen at Pellmann Farm, it would have 11 two-unit buildings, three four-unit buildings and a club house, according to information filed with the city.
All of the buildings would be ranch-style structures.
Cornerstone, led by John Wahlen, has recently developed similar condo developments in Brookfield, Oconomowoc, Greenfield and Cedarburg.
The Muskego Plan Commission approved The Glen at Pellmann Farm proposal at its Tuesday night meeting, said Adam Trzebiatowski, city planner.
The property, zoned for suburban residential use, is now used as farm land.
Cornerstone hopes to begin building the condos by summer, Trzebiatowski said Wednesday.
