Our way of ensuring construction is complete at closing.

Your closing is coming and you’re counting the days. As we wrap up the final finishes, we want to make sure everything has been completed so that it all meets our standard for quality construction.

We count on the Cornerstone Development TEAM to make that happen. Our quality control process managed by  experts who can provide a fresh eye and will do a thorough inspection of your home several days prior to closing.

As they go through your home, they will make a list of any items that may need attention or correction, addressing those items immediately. Our goal is to deliver a beautiful new home that is move-in ready at closing, not months down the road.

“Location was most important, the contemporary design and architecture of the building – 10 foot interior ceilings and angled design. Also the exterior high roof line, the beautiful stone exterior, and the color combination is just beautiful. The amenities of having all exterior maintenance including grass cutting, snow removal, landscaping. The pricing was just right. We have already gotten numerous Ooh’s and Ahh’s when friends and family step into our new home… which we are very proud of.”

“One of our initial meetings was to discuss upgrades was with John H. Since this was one of our first exposures to the service provided by Cornerstone, it really helped to set the tone for the outstanding branding that is synonymous with Cornerstone Development. We really appreciated the fact that John took extra time out of his schedule to meet with us to go over all logistics of our home, and explain what was / was not possible with design requests. He is very nice and easy to talk with. Nadine is a “GEM.” She, too, was very responsive and prompt with her communication. We had a number of non-standard upgrades that we worked on with her… and they all turned out magnificent. Also, she is just a very nice and friendly person. We were so happy and glad to meet her. It was also a pleasure to interact with Chris Fowler. He too was always timely in his responses and very communicative. He has an unmatched eye for detail and obviously cares very much about delivering unsurpassable service. We always felt like we were his only customer. We could not be any happier with his work quality and ethic. Lastly, it meant a lot to us that John W. was at the closing… and… gave us a thoughtful and appropriate housewarming gift. Our entire experience with Cornerstone has been nothing short of stellar. We appreciate the fact that we have been given this opportunity to provide feedback. It’s just another example of why Cornerstone Development is a role model for the industry to follow.”
